Job summary

Qualifications

• Head Cashier preferred with 1+ years of cashier experience.
• Cashiers provide fast, friendly, accurate and safe service.
• They process Checkout and/or Return transactions.
• They follow all policies and procedures to minimize shrink.

Responsibilities

• Position Cashiers and support them by expediting price checks.
• Approve POS transactions and markdowns for mainline, Self-Checkout, Returns, Pro Desk, Special Services and Tool Rental.
• Provide first level escalation for customer issues.
• Assist in supervision, coaching and training of Front End Associates and new Cashiers.
