Job summary

The Home Depot in California is seeking a Head Cashier to lead the front-end team, ensure fast, friendly and accurate checkout, and oversee the Self-Checkout area across mainline registers, Returns, Pro Desk and Tool Rental.

You will coach and train new cashiers, assist in price checks and approvals, escalate customer issues, and drive a positive customer experience with a focus on minimizing shrink and improving service quality. Prior cashier experience (1+ year) is preferred.

Qualifications
