The Home Depot is seeking a Head Cashier who will play a key role in delivering fast, friendly and accurate service at the front end. This position involves supervising cashiers, coordinating price checks, and assisting with returns and Self-Checkout operations to ensure a smooth customer experience.

The Head Cashier will help train new cashiers, monitor adherence to policies, and provide first-line escalation for customer issues, leveraging tools to coach team members and maintain high service

Qualifications

• Experience as a cashier or in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to coach and train teammates and assist in front-end operations.

Responsabilités

• Handle checkout and returns accurately and efficiently.
• Assist in supervising and coaching Front End Associates.
• Support Self-Checkout operations and price checks as needed.
