Englefield, Inc. is seeking a Cashier - Duchess Team Member for FT/PT 2nd & 3rd Shifts to join a team that values customers and community. You will welcome customers, handle transactions, and help keep the store inviting and organized.

Ideal candidates are friendly, dependable and comfortable with technology; prior retail or food service experience is a plus but not required. Flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth are available.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a smile and friendly conversation.
• Process transactions efficiently using modern POS systems (cash, credit, debit, mobile payments).
• Maintain a clean and organized store—inside and out.
• Stock shelves and manage inventory to ensure customers find what they need.
• Follow safety and compliance regulations for tobacco, alcohol, lottery and other sales.
• Promote Duchess Crown Card Rewards our loyalty program offering the best prices and offers to customers.
• Use technology to assist customers, track inventory, and improve efficiency.
