Englefield, Inc. in Pickerington is seeking Duchess Team Member (Cashier) to deliver a great customer experience. You will welcome customers, process transactions, and keep the store clean and organized while assisting with stocking and inventory management.

We value friendly, motivated individuals who enjoy helping others and want to be part of something great. Prior retail or food service is a plus, but not required; training is provided. Flexible FT & PT scheduling and benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or food service experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a smile and friendly conversation
• Process transactions efficiently using modern POS systems (cash, credit, debit, mobile payments)
• Maintain a clean and organized store—inside and out
• Stock shelves and manage inventory to ensure customers find what they need
• Follow safety and compliance regulations for tobacco, alcohol, lottery and other sales
• Promote Duchess Crown Card Rewards our loyalty program offering the best prices and offers to customers
• Use technology to assist customers, track inventory, and improve efficiency
• Other Qualifications include, but are not limited to walking, standing, squatting, lifting, carrying, and reaching. Ability to work in demanding circumstances including variable temperatures, indoors and outdoors.
