Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic math (counting, addition, subtraction).

Responsibilities

• Greet, engage and assist customers at the checkout.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately at the check lane.
• Operate the POS system and handle cash, checks, cards, SNAP EBT, etc.
• Adhere to cash handling, loss prevention, and safety policies.
• Follow policies for restricted items (Alcohol, Tobacco, DVDs).
• Stay current with ads, promotions and loyalty programs.
• Provide friendly service to create an inviting store experience.
