Responsibilities

• Deliver and encourage others to deliver excellent customer service.
• Perform cashier functions: open/close register, ring sales, tender transactions, bag merchandise.
• Maintain cleanliness of the checkstand area.
• Answer telephones and assist customers.
• Process refunds, exchanges, money orders, and other transactions.
• Follow company policies and initiatives.
• Respond to surveillance tag activations and loss-prevention procedures.
