Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with a tablet and queue system.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance, and assist with opening new accounts while following policies and regulations.
• Assist clients with day-to-day banking and self-service options like mobile app, online banking, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful client relationships by listening, asking questions, and offering product knowledge and solutions.
• Support branch operations including cash handling and ATM-related tasks in line with bank procedures.
