Job summary

Huntington in Indianapolis seeks a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk-in customers as a Financial Concierge. You will retain and grow consumer and business relationships by identifying goals and needs and recommending deposits and banking services.

You will handle transactions accurately, balance daily, and deliver exemplary service while adhering to policies and building trusted customer partnerships.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of customer service or related role, or a Bachelor's Degree.
• 1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales.
• Cash handling skills and comfort with technology (mobile/online banking).

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service and resolving issues.
