Job summary

The Huntington National Bank is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk-in customers as a Financial Concierge. You will retain and grow relationships by identifying financial needs, recommending deposits and other banking services, while processing transactions accurately and balancing daily activity.

In this role, you will educate customers on deposit products, pursue growth through a disciplined sales process, and refer clients to other areas of the bank to deepen

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED plus 1 year of customer service or related admin/military experience; or a Bachelor's degree.
Strong customer service skills and the ability to resolve issues effectively.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
Educate customers on consumer deposit products.
Identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process and referrals.
Refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
Adhere to operational, security, risk and regulatory policies.
Demonstrate sales, service, relationship management and banking knowledge.
Perform other duties as assigned.
