Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Indiana LLC in Greenfield, IN is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a friendly shopping experience at our store. You will assist customers, handle transactions, stock shelves, and maintain store cleanliness in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role is part-time, high school diploma preferred, with emphasis on customer service, teamwork and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the register.
• Maintain security of cash and company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment.
• Keep store areas clean and presentable.
