Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is hiring a Customer Service Associate to deliver a friendly shopping experience. The role includes assisting customers, handling transactions at the register, and helping with stocking and stock replenishment.

You will maintain store cleanliness, safety, and professional interactions with customers and team members, while performing other duties as assigned to support operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, and trash.
• Other duties as assigned.
