Family Dollar LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to provide a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions, stock shelves, and maintain a clean store environment.

The role requires strong customer service, organizational and communication skills, with physical ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Part-time position in South Beloit, IL.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and replenishment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful store environment.
