Job summary

The Army and Air Force Exchange Service, known as the Exchange, is hiring a Customer Experience Associate on base stores to deliver exceptional service. You will greet customers, process transactions, and assist with bagging and handling of merchandise, ensuring smooth operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Retail experience is preferred.

As a Customer Experience Associate at the Exchange, you will be a part of an award winning team. • Complete transactions accurately and efficiently while engaging customers in appropriate conversation
• Help customers by following the proper procedure for bagging merchandise and moving large or heavy items

Job Qualifications

Completion of high school or the equivalent. Retail experience, demonstrated willingness, and potential for additional responsibility.

MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK 20-34 PER WEEK, TO INCLUDE WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS.
