Job summary

The Army & Air Force Exchange Service (AAFES) is hiring a Food Service Worker for the Exchange. You’ll join an award-winning team delivering customer-focused service across food outlets from Starbucks to Burger King.

Expect flexible scheduling, healthcare, a pension and 401(k) plan, PTO, and base access to facilities. Responsibilities include greeting customers, guiding service, and processing transactions with attention to detail, while growing with a team devoted to service for Soldiers,

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with customers.
• Basic computer skills for POS systems.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds (occasional over 50 pounds).
• Willingness to learn and adapt to current technology needs.
• Fast food experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with eye contact and a smile.
