Job summary

Aafes in Fort Lee, NJ seeks a retail associate to enhance the customer experience through proactive service and solutions. You will listen to customer needs and make recommendations to maximize satisfaction and brand loyalty.

Responsibilities include assisting customers on the sales floor, helping with uniforms, the DX counter, shoe department, stocking, and promoting the Milstar credit card while keeping areas clean and organized. Availability for shifts 0800-1700 Tue-Sun is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Willingness to take on additional responsibilities.

• Retail experience, demonstrated willingness, and potential for additional responsibility.

Additional Qualifications/Requirements

• MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK ANY SHIFTS BETWEEN 0800-1700 TUES-SUN.
• WILL ASSIST CUSTOMERS WITH PURCHASE TO INCLUDE WORKING THE SALES FLOOR TO ASSIST WITH PROPER UNIFORMS, THE DX COUNTER TO ISSUE UNIFORMS, SHOE DEPARTMENT, STOCKING CLOTHING, MEDALS, ETC.
• WILL PUSH THE MILSTAR CREDIT CARD AND CLEAN AREA AS NEEDED.
