Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate II at our Englewood, OH location. You will assist with daily store operations, merchandising, and support customers while cross-training to handle cash register duties as needed.

In this role you will help maintain a clean, welcoming store environment, ensure accurate cash handling, and interact with customers and team members in a professional manner. This position is part-time and located on site in Englewood.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required.
• High level of integrity required.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting required.

Responsibilities

• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely.
• Merchandise and stock as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, trash, and presentation.
• Provide a positive, safe, and respectful environment with friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Manage sales transactions at the assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Other duties as assigned.
