Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores in Englewood, Ohio is seeking a friendly Customer Service Associate II to help create an inviting shopping experience. You will manage transactions, assist customers, stock merchandise, and help keep the store clean and safe.

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred; prior retail or service experience is a plus. You must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for long periods, with supportive accommodations as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight safely.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Maintaining cleanliness in the store, including bathrooms and floors.
• Maintaining a positive, respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Managing sales transactions at the cash register.
• Protecting cash and company assets.
