Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate II in Hardeeville, SC to help with daily store operations, merchandising, and front-end duties. You will assist customers, process transactions, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment. This role requires teamwork, reliability, and strong communication.

Part-time position with opportunities to learn across roles, cross-training on cash register, stocking, and store upkeep, in a busy retail setting.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting.
• High level of integrity and professional interactions with customers and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight safely.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Maintaining cleanliness in all areas, including bathrooms and floors.
• Ensuring a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Handling sales transactions at the assigned cash register.
• Maintaining cash security and protecting company assets.
• Other duties as assigned.
