Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate II in Lancaster, South Carolina. You will assist with daily store operations, merchandise handling, and customer service while being cross-trained to support the cash register and front-end duties.

Responsibilities include unloading merchandise, stocking, maintaining a clean store, serving customers with a friendly attitude, and handling cash securely. This is a part-time position with opportunities to grow within the team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking and standing.
• Strong customer service, communication and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive merchandise and unload trucks safely per productivity standards.
• Merchandise and stock shelves as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness including restrooms and floors.
• Provide a friendly, safe environment for customers and team members.
• Process sales at the cash register and handle cash securely.
• Protect company assets and perform other duties as assigned.
