Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs from floor to shoulder height and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely.
• Merchandise and stock as needed.
• Maintain clean, neat store including bathrooms and floors.
• Interact with customers, associates, and leaders in a positive, respectful manner.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register with accuracy and integrity.
• Protect cash and company assets; perform other duties as assigned.
