Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores in Greenville, SC is looking for a Customer Service Associate II to help with daily store operations, assist customers, merchandise, and support front-end duties. This part-time role requires a friendly, safe, and efficient attitude, good math skills, and solid communication.

You’ll be cross-trained to support the cash register and front-end tasks as needed, while maintaining a clean, welcoming shopping environment for guests and team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail/customer service experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and read operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight safely.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of store, restrooms, floors, and general areas.
• Provide positive, safe, and respectful interactions with customers and staff.
• Operate cash register and handle transactions.
• Protect cash and company assets.
• Other duties as assigned.
