Job summary

Dollar Tree in Eagleville, MO is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to help run a friendly, efficient store. You'll assist with merchandising, support customers, and cross-train to operate the cash register as needed.

Responsibilities include receiving merchandise, stocking, maintaining clean spaces, handling transactions accurately, and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for shoppers. Prior retail or service experience is preferred, with strong communication and teamwork skills

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Excellent customer service and relationship skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• High level of integrity.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting.

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight safely.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Maintaining cleanliness throughout the store, bathrooms, floors, and trash areas.
• Ensuring a positive, safe environment with professional interactions.
• Managing sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintaining security of cash and company assets.
• Other duties as assigned.
