Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our Yazoo City store and deliver a friendly shopping experience for every customer. You will assist customers, handle sales at the register, maintain store cleanliness, stock merchandise, and help unload trucks as needed.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and read operational documents
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and stand/walk frequently
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organization and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations
• Manage sales transactions at cash register
• Maintain cash security and protect assets
• Stock replenishment and merchandise recovery
• Receive merchandise and unload trucks
• Ensure a clean, safe, and respectful store environment
• Follow instructions and perform other duties as assigned
