Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. You will assist customers with questions and recommendations, manage sales transactions at the cash register, and help maintain a secure, well-stocked store.

The role requires strong customer service, organizational and communication skills, with the ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and operational documents.
• Able to lift 30–50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Process sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect assets.
• Stock and restock merchandise; unload trucks as needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness and restrooms; ensure neat presentation.
