Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. You will assist customers, handle sales at the register, and ensure the store stays clean and well-stocked.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent movement.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and stock replenishment per productivity standards.
• Ensure a positive, safe environment with professional interactions.
• Maintain store cleanliness including bathrooms, floors, and waste removal.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
