Dollar Tree Stores is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver an excellent shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions, and help maintain stock and store cleanliness.

The role requires strong customer service skills, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced retail environment. This on-site position offers a supportive team and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs and perform repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Maintain store cleanliness, restrooms, floors, and trash removal.
• Other duties as assigned.
