Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC seeks a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions, maintain store appearance, and support stock management while upholding safety and professionalism.

The role requires good communication skills, reliability, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs. Part-time position at our Hutchinson, KS location with opportunities for growth and employee benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks; stock replenishment.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and respectful environment; interact professionally with customers and coworkers.
