Stryker is seeking a Customer Experience Associate in the United States to help coordinate educational programs, manage consultant relationships, and support industry events such as trade shows and cadaver labs. The Customer Experience Associate role offers a unique opportunity to gain broad exposure across the IVS division while supporting key initiatives in medical education, consultant engagement, and professional society partnerships. The position will help coordinate educational programs, manage consultant relationships and contracting activities, and support industry events such as trade shows, workshops, cadaver labs, and symposiums. Working closely with cross-functional partners including marketing, sales, compliance, legal, and R&D teams, the associate will play an important role in delivering a seamless customer experience.
