Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to help customers, operate the cash register, and keep the store stocked. You’ll assist with unloading trucks, replenish shelves, and maintain a clean, safe, and friendly shopping environment.

Experience in retail or service settings is preferred, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. This role emphasizes teamwork and excellent customer interactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar environments preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and read operational documents.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe environment with professional customer interactions.
• Maintain store cleanliness including restrooms, floors, and trash.
• Other duties as assigned.
