Chevron Stations Inc. (CSI) is hiring at our Dana Point location. We seek team players who provide 100% customer focus in a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities include guest service, POS operations, cash handling, cleanliness, food prep, and promoting store specials.

The role requires English proficiency, flexible hours, and adherence to safety and food-handling standards. Prior cooking/restaurant experience is a plus for this position.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in English to understand policies, safety training, and instructions.
• Available to work varied hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and professional conduct at all times.
• Ability to handle challenging situations with good judgement and teamwork.
• Cooking/Restaurant experience preferred and helpful for food service tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service, greet customers, and thank them with eye contact.
• Conduct point-of-sale activities accurately and safely with multiple payment forms.
• Maintain cash drawer and reconcile sums at shift end according to policies.
• Perform station cleaning indoors and outdoors, including restrooms and pumps.
• Prepare food and hot beverages; manage ExtraMile/KKC offerings to maximize sales.
• Actively promote store specials and marketing initiatives.
• Cross-check delivered goods for pricing accuracy and stock shelves.
• Observe safety, sanitation, and CSI policies; follow procedures at all times.
