Chevron Stations Inc (CSI) is hiring for a position at our Costa Mesa location. The role focuses on delivering excellent guest service, accurate POS transactions, and strict adherence to food safety and CSI procedures.

Qualified candidates should be English-proficient, flexible on hours, detail-oriented and capable of working independently or in a team. Food handling certificates are required where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in English to understand policies, safety training and communicate with customers/coworkers.
• Available to work varied hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, overnights and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail required for accuracy and safety.
• Ability to handle challenging situations professionally and exercise good judgement.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Must possess up-to-date food handling certificates as required by law (locations specific).
• Cooking/Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service; greet and thank customers with eye contact.
• Conduct point-of-sale transactions accurately and safely.
• Maintain cash drawer and follow CSI cash handling procedures.
• Perform station cleaning of indoor/outdoor areas and restrooms.
• Prepare food and beverages; manage ExtraMile/KKC foodservice and restocking.
• Actively promote store specials and marketing programs.
• Cross-check delivered goods for price accuracy.
• Distribute goods to keep shelves full in-store and coolers.
