Qualifications

• Must be proficient in English to understand policies, safety training, and instruction.
• Available to work a variety of hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail required.
• Ability to handle challenging situations professionally and use good judgement.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Up-to-date food handling certificates as required by law (location-specific).
• Cooking/Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service; greet and thank customers with eye contact.
• Conduct POS activities accurately and safely for all payment types.
• Maintain cash drawer and perform end-of-shift reconciliation.
• Keep indoor/outdoor areas clean, including restrooms and dining areas.
• Prepare food and beverages; manage ExtraMile/KKC offerings to maximize sales.
• Promote store specials and marketing programs.
• Check delivered goods for price accuracy and stock shelves fully.
• Observe local law for fueling operations and act with safety during duties.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by management.
