Job summary

Chevron Stations Inc (CSI) is hiring at our Santa Barbara area locations to deliver friendly guest service at the pump and in-store, maintain safety, and ensure accurate transactions. This role focuses on teamwork, cleanliness, and compliance with food handling and safety standards.

You will operate point-of-sale systems, stock shelves, prepare food and beverages, promote store offers, and participate in training.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in English to understand policies and interact with customers and coworkers.
• Able to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Food handling certificates as required by location.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and greet customers.
• Conduct point-of-sale activities accurately and safely.
• Maintain cash drawer and secure funds at shift end.
• Perform station cleaning of indoor and outdoor facilities.
• Prepare food and hot beverages and manage foodservice.
• Promote store specials and manage shelf organization.
• Observe local laws for fueling procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
