Wawa, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate (CSA) to greet and serve customers with a friendly, can-do attitude. You will handle transactions, prepare food items, and keep the store clean and well-stocked.

Qualifications

• Great communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Greet and engage with customers to ensure their needs are met quickly and politely.
• Prepare food items such as breakfast items, built-to-order sandwiches, beverages, and pizzas; keep coffee station clean.
• Operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, and assist with lottery and ID verification for age-restricted products.
• Keep stores well-stocked, shelves fresh, full, and inviting.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety by following policies and guidelines.
• Complete housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash disposal, and more.
