Wawa, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate (CSA) to greet and serve customers, delivering the warm, friendly experience the brand is known for. You will handle transactions, assist with fuel and gift cards, and help maintain a clean, inviting store environment.

You’ll prepare food items, stock shelves, and ensure accuracy in transactions while upholding safety and quality standards, all in a fast-paced, team-driven setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 16+ years old with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with customers to meet their needs quickly and courteously.
• Prepare food items such as breakfast items, build-to-order sandwiches, specialty beverages, and pizzas; keep coffee station clean and organized.
• Operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, assist with lottery and ID verification for age-restricted products.
• Ensure stores are well-stocked; keep shelves fresh, full, and inviting.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety by following policies and guidelines; complete housekeeping duties.
