Job summary

Wawa, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate (CSA) to greet and serve customers, prepare food items, operate the register, and support daily store operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with customers to ensure their needs are met quickly and courteously.
• Prepare food items such as breakfast items, build-to-order sandwiches, beverages and pizzas, and keep coffee station clean and organized.
• Operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, and assist with lottery and ID verification for age-restricted products.
• Ensure stores are well-stocked, shelves are fresh, full and inviting.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety by following policies and guidelines.
• Complete housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and trash removal.
