Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining store standards.
• Accurately ring customer purchases and manage returns per procedures; promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Support merchandising practices and prepare merchandise for the sales floor.
• Participate in store recovery, safety, and loss-prevention efforts.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and back-of-house areas.
• Collaborate with team to meet store goals and provide feedback.
