The GATE Express Wash Associate ensures customer service is the first priority for Express Wash operations by providing a safe and friendly experience for our guests. Addresses all guest questions correctly, promptly, and in a friendly manner, as well as provide customer service that exceeds their expectations.

The position involves guiding vehicles through the wash, maintaining cleanliness, and being able to work indoors and outdoors in variable weather.

Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 16 years old.
• Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and split shifts.
• Must have the ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend English.
• Must be detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Arrive to work on time, consistently
• Wear safety goggles and non-slip shoes when necessary
• Provide excellent customer service with prompt assistance and accommodations to guest questions or requests.
• Guide guests using hand signals and ensure vehicles are ready to start the wash process.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility, restrooms, floors, and storage rooms.
