Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to meet customer needs and upsell respectfully.
• Availability including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and explain product styles, features, and benefits.
• Resolve issues promptly while managing multiple customers in a busy store.
• Assist with omnichannel requests to provide a seamless shopping experience.
• Process transactions accurately at the point of sale/register.
• Complete floor replenishment and merchandise shipments as needed.
• Explain promotions, loyalty programs and credit options to customers.
• Maintain store cleanliness and minimize losses through proactive service.
