First International Bank & Trust is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to join our Customer Care Center team. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and learning new technology.

As a Customer Experience Associate, you'll be one of the first points of contact for customers, assisting with account questions, digital banking support, debit and credit card inquiries, and connecting customers with the right banking solutions. This is an on-site position and is not eligible for remote work.
