Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience at our Dodge City store. You will assist customers, process sales at the register, and help unload trucks while keeping shelves stocked and store areas tidy.

Responsibilities include maintaining cash security, providing friendly service, and upholding safety and cleanliness standards. Prior retail customer service experience is highly valued, with a high school diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment in accordance with productivity standards.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, trash, and neat presentation.
