Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. You will assist customers with questions and recommendations, manage transactions at the register, and help maintain a clean, well-stocked store.

Responsibilities include unloading trucks, restocking, ensuring security of cash, and keeping the environment safe and friendly for customers and team members. This role requires physical ability and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail or service industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Handle sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help unload trucks; stock replenishment.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful store environment.
• Keep store clean, restrooms stocked, floors swept and mopped, trash removed.
• Other duties as assigned.
