Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, process transactions, stock shelves, and help unload trucks, while keeping the store clean and organized.

We value teamwork, reliability, and strong communication in a fast-paced retail setting. Prior customer service experience is preferred, and you will contribute to a positive environment for customers and associates alike.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in retail or related environments preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and read operational documents.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help unload trucks, stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, respectful environment with customers and teammates.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including restrooms and floors.
• Other duties as assigned.
