Job summary

Cardinale Automotive Group in Tracy, CA seeks a Customer Relationship Manager / Appt Coordinator to strengthen post-sale relationships, coordinate service and sales communications, and manage customer follow-ups.

You will collaborate with sales and service teams, maintain appointment calendars, prepare reports on customer satisfaction, and help develop the dealership’s customer relations program.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent teammate with a collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve.
• Prompt and courteous demeanor.
• High School diploma or equivalent; additional education in business, communications, or related field is a plus.
• Positive and hardworking personality.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Works with department managers to develop and administer the dealership’s customer relations program.
• Communicate, build, and maintain strong relationships with customer by phone, email, text and in person
• Work with sales and service to ensure that post-sale/service customer contacts are made and that updated files are kept on all customers.
• Manage appointment calendars and optimize scheduling
• Assists in resolving customer complaints
• Coordinate all manufacturer and internal customer follow-up programs.
• Report dealership ratings on all factory-generated surveys.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on the status of customer satisfaction in the dealership.
• Participate in team and process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management.
