Job summary

Travelers in Hartford, CT is offering a summer internship in the Customer Experience Data and Analytics program. You will conduct analysis and build dashboards to understand trends and opportunities related to customer experience, gaining insights that inform business decisions.

Ideal candidates have a GPA of 3.0+, SQL experience, and familiarity with dashboarding; Python or SAS is a plus. You must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and be authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

GPA of 3.0 or above preferred.
Related internship/data work experience.
SQL experience strongly preferred; dashboarding/tools a plus.
Python and/or SAS literacy.
Strong ownership, accountability and results mindset.

Responsibilities

Utilize customer and market data to identify challenges and create actionable solutions.
Identify, integrate, and structure complex data flows.
Design and conduct explanatory analysis to produce relevant results.
Provide qualitative and quantitative data support to ensure metric accuracy.
Validate, manipulate and perform data analysis tasks.
Collaborate with team members on projects as directed.
Work with relational databases, reporting systems, or pilot new proofs of concept.
Perform other duties as assigned.
