Job summary

Travelers is offering a summer Intern Program in the Enterprise Customer Experience (ECX) Operations team in Hartford. You will support qualitative, quantitative and secondary research, platform management and cross-functional collaboration to inform business decisions and growth.

The internship reports to a manager within ECX Operations and interacts with leadership and business partners. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• GPA 3.0+ and current enrollment in undergrad or graduate program.
• Experience with SPSS or similar and Qualtrics preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; proficient with PowerPoint & Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance of experience management platform workflows.
• Support cleanup and modernization of technical infrastructure for feedback programs.
• Contribute to the technical implementation of digital feedback listening posts.
• Design and build a repeatable reporting process for digital listening statistics.
• Engage with enterprise-wide partners to navigate stakeholder relationships and deliver solutions.
