Job summary

Continental Properties is seeking a Summer 2027 Investor Relations & Finance Intern for our home office in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. You will assist with investor engagement, financial materials, and due diligence as part of a hands-on internship.

The role provides exposure to real estate investment processes, capital fundraising strategies, and quantitative analysis. You will work with the Investor Relations and Finance teams on data management, fundraising research, and preparing materials

Qualifications

• Must be a current student in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related degree program.

Responsibilities

• Investor Relations: Maintain and manage investor portals, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Investor Relations: Track capital calls for new developments and assist with fund offering logistics.
• Investor Relations: Support the creation of customized investor presentations for prospective investors.
• Investor Relations: Research institutional investors, foundations, and family offices for future fundraising.
• Finance: Assist in preparing financial materials for Investment Committee submissions.
• Finance: Assemble due diligence packages for sales, refinancing, and new construction loans.
• Finance: Conduct real estate tax and comparable property sales research.
• Finance: Assist with financial reporting to lenders.
• Finance: Maintain various finance-related databases.
• Finance: Perform ad hoc financial analysis as needed.

Continental Properties is looking for a Summer 2027 Investor Relations & Finance Intern to join our team at our home office in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin.

You will work closely with the Investor Relations and Finance team to support both strategic financial initiatives and investor engagement efforts. You'll be exposed to real estate investment and financial processes, capital fundraising strategies, institutional investor research, and financial analysis.

Position Specifics

• Full-time during Summer 2027
• Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

Essential Responsibilities

• Investor Relations:
  • Maintain and manage investor portals, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
