Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years in customer experience, customer operations, supply chain, order management, analytics, or related field.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Excel for data analysis.
• Experience supporting large retail, B2B, distribution, or national account customers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer operations, order performance, and service metrics to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Manage order fulfillment activities including ship-to setup, site deliveries, split shipments, and special fulfillment requirements.
• Monitor order flow and inventory; resolve issues that may impact service levels or delivery commitments.
• Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries related to order status, inventory, and fulfillment.
• Develop dashboards and metrics to support business decisions and growth strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Transportation, Warehousing, Finance, IT to resolve challenges.
• Support Pro Portal and retail program activities for seamless customer experiences.
• Contribute to new customer initiatives and go-to-market strategies.
