BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina is seeking a part-time customer service professional for on-site work at our Augusta, GA location. Training is 40 hours per week for the first three months, with shifts starting early and potentially extending.

You will handle inquiries across multiple channels and document interactions as part of a dynamic team. The role requires a high school diploma, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple computer systems, with preferred experience

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• No specific work experience is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and strong customer service skills are required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn multiple systems.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to inquiries via telephone, written, web, or walk-in; document inquiries.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve problems and respond to research requests.
• Provide feedback and maintain records of complaints; escalate as needed to management.
